  • IMC Management (the Association’s management company) and its resident portal at portal.imcmanagement.net, which processes dues payments, ACC requests, contact preferences, and financial/meeting records;

  • Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts this website displays;
  • Any other hosting, email, or software platform used to operate the Site or deliver Association services.

These third parties may receive information necessary to perform their function (for example, the resident portal receives your payment and account details; our hosting provider’s servers and Google’s font servers process standard web traffic data like your IP address). Each of these third-party providers operates under its own privacy policy and terms, which are outside the Association’s control. We select vendors with reasonable care, but we are not responsible for how a third-party system stores, secures, or otherwise handles data once it leaves our Site, and we make no warranty regarding the security practices of any third-party system or software integrated with or linked from the Site. We encourage you to review IMC Management’s and Google’s respective privacy policies directly.

We do not knowingly share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
